CINCH Coach and Founder Tom Danielson's coaching style includes a strong mindset focus. He believes that by connecting specific mindsets and emotional states with training intensities and scenarios, you can perform at a higher level, more consistently.
In our workouts with specific mindset focus, we use visual and audio cues to help our athletes arrive at, transition from, and pivot back or forth between mindsets.
Music has proven to be so powerful in our athletes progression we thought we would make more of an effort to share it with our podcast listeners.
You can use this mix created by Tom before and or during your workouts. Listen for all the "pace" changes and try to be mindful of the emotional feelings during each different pace.
